Hello. I am going to talk about Wednesday's track training in school.
That day, my shin and ankle was painful and i could hardly jump at all. So i told my coach and he let me rest. Not long after, the other jumpers were allowed to rest too as training had ended.
Then came the exciting part because we were going to celebrate Ms Yang and the sprints' coach's birthday! Me and Valerie stood there waiting, waiting to steal the cake. However, Valerie gave up soon after as she had to leave already.
So as usual, we sang the birthday song for them and cut the cake too. The next part is the exciting one. Clara and the sprinters had gotten Ms Yang a G-STRING as a birthday present! And it was pink in colour too. I guess that Ms Yang was quite shock that she did not utter a word, but just stood there and laughed her heart out!
The secondary ones were playing with the food and suddenly, one of them-Shanna, decided to play a prank on Amanda, the sprints captain. Shanna took a small piece of the cake and threw it at her. We were all having a good time playing when suddenly, Tiffany, the jumps captain, scolded us for playing. "Stop playing! What if you injure yourself!" Although what she said made a lot of sense, i somehow felt that maybe letting us play for a while wouldnt be that bad as we just wanted to let our hair down and have a good time. But obediently, we listened to her and just cleared the mess we had made. None of us wanted to have our moods dampened.
After a while later, i went back home with my sister. That is a day i never want to forget.
